Friends are important part of our lives.We hangout with them,share stuff,parties,studies etc.But sometimes we may face such situations in our lives where we need ourself because it is not necessary that our friends would be there all the time.
Hence Be your own friend first. I know may be you find it weird at the first place but It is very beneficial for you as you are having your very personal all time buddy with you to whom you can share anything, anytime ,whom you can trust upon,you can hangout/shop with when nobody is available.
So let’s know how we can be the buddy with our own self:
1 . Accept yourself : First of all accept your self as who you are.Dont criticise your self for not being perfect on educational, financial, social grounds.Just take you as you really are.
2. Trust your self : Yes you can do what you want to do.Trust yourself more than you trust anyone else because you are the one who cannot let you down.So totally and willingly trust your own self for being there with you,help you and motive you.
3. Give time to yourself : Give yourself a good amount of time so that you can analyse yourself, know yourself, get to know what you are,what makes you happy and get along with your inner self.
4. Pamper yourself : Like you give treat to your friends do pamper yourself. Take yourself for shopping or spa,watch your favourite movie.Take yourself to a dinner date at your favourite spot.Go for vacations,buy yourself some gifts or join your fab hobby class.
5. Motivate yourself : Keep motivating yourself. When ever you feel low say it to you that you can get through it.Give treat to yourself on little achievements.Stand infront of the mirror and buck up that strong person standing infront of you.
6. Love yourself : Guys love yourself before you love anyone else.Know that you are unique, having amazing potentials in you.Respect yourself and be confident in your own skin.
